DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS
Your orders will be shipped within 7 business days after the payment is completed .
In extraordinary situations such as strike, lockout, natural disasters, riot, civil unrest, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire, and in cases arising from the buyer (not being present at the address, not having an authorized person to receive delivery, the buyer having moved from the address, etc.), delivery time and conditions may vary.
You can receive your order from the cargo officer by presenting a photo ID and signature.
When your order is delivered, you must open your package and check the product accompanied by the cargo officer. It is especially important to do this for packages that are crushed, torn, opened or wet. In an unexpected situation, if you encounter a problematic product, you must not accept the package and have it returned to us by the cargo company by keeping a report with the cargo officer.
If you are not at the address you specified at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after his/her photo ID is checked and his/her signature is obtained.
If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, the cargo company officer will leave you a news note with the cargo company’s phone number. The address where the news note was left cannot be visited again; in this case, the customer must pick up the cargo from the branch. It is not replaced the person taking the order after give an order.
If “internet cafe”, “any coffee house”, “branch addresses of cargo companies” or “any public area” is specified as the delivery address, the order will be canceled and delivery will not be made to these addresses.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All our customers; The consumer has the legal right to return within 7 business days within the scope of the ‘Right of Withdrawal Without Reason’.
You can also notify us of the products that you think have a manufacturing defect or something else and that you want to return within 7 business days following the date of delivery.
You can send your return back free of charge with the cargo company we work with. If the product is returned with any other cargo company other than the cargo company we work with, the shipping fee will be covered by the sender. If the shipping fee is not covered by the sender and the product is returned through another cargo company other than the one we work with, Aynoor Retailing has the right to deduct the shipping fee from the return price of the product . will have.

You can return your order within 7 business days from the date you received it. You can contact our support department about your return and provide information about your return and send your product back with the invoice and payment by the cargo company. If the invoice for the product is issued in the name of an institution, a ‘RETURN INVOICE’ issued by the institution as ‘Product Unit Price + VAT’, without including the shipping share, must be sent along with the product for the return process.
The product’s box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, must be complete and undamaged in the package you return to us. Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed or damaged in any way due to use are not accepted. Returns of any product are accepted if the packaging is unopened, intact, unused and untested.
After we receive your return:
An information e-mail will be sent to you and when your return is approved, the product price will be refunded to the credit card you used to pay within 10 business days, which is the legal period. This period starts when we receive the product you returned. (It is mandatory in accordance with the General Communiqué of Tax Procedure Law No. 385). The time it takes for your refund to appear on your statement varies depending on your bank. If there is a delay in your refund being reflected on your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank with the Refund Transaction Number included in the information e-mail we sent to you.
CHANGE CONDITIONS
We cannot make changes to any purchase you make from Aynoor Retailing, regardless of the nature of the product. However, you can return the product by fulfilling the conditions stated above within 7 days from the moment you receive it.
